Fragrance: A lot of apple peel and cider apple note, very ripe to greasy, waxy and oily, some citrus, slightly acidulous and cider-like, delicately mint-like, very peppery. Taste: A lot of tannins, delicately pear- and banana-like, grated apple, almost yeasty and beer-like, beeswax, very tart, peely and woody spice, green and menthol notes, little fruit sweetness, lean, rather edgy, not very round and long in the finish.
